1) Since 2009 she has been a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professional (NAHREP) and served as President in 2016. NAHREP is a professional National organization, who’s mission statement is to advance home ownership opportunities.

2) Lupita is also active member of the Fresno Association of Realtors (FAR), FAR is the local Realtor trade organization in charge of governing local Real Estate agents to follow the rules and regulations set forth by their Board of Directors. These rules and regulations are designed to safeguard the public we serve and to ensure, ethical and professionalism in their representation.

3) She is also a member of both, the California Association of Realtors (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Just like FAR, safeguarding the interest of the general public, but at the State and National level.

4) Lupita is also an active member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). Just like NAHREP, AREAA is a national trade organization, helping to promote home ownership for Asians and all who seek their assistance. 

5) Lupita is a Preferred Realtor, with Golden1 Home Loans and Chase/Homelight.com.

6) Her service areas are primarily in Fresno, Clovis and Madera. She is also familiar and able to service all communities in the following counties; Fresno, Madera, Kings, and Tulare.
