I joined Villa Rio Estates Realty after a prestigious 29-year career as a first responder in which professional service and making communities safer were my top priorities. My down-to-earth personality and ability to connect with people, contributed to building valuable partnerships with various private and public organizations at the local, county, and state levels. Hector was born in Santa Cruz County and lived in Mexico during his adolescent years where family values, rich culture, and hard work were instilled. Later years brought him to Watsonville CA, and ultimately moved to the Central Valley after graduating high school. Hector attended College of the Sequoias and pursued a career in law enforcement and earned an honorable retirement in 2023. He has been in the Central Valley for the last 32 years and is familiar with communities encompassing Kern, Tulare, Kings, Fresno, and Madera Counties. Hector’s principles are faith, family, friends, food, and fun! He is a family man who has been married for 28 years, has two daughters and one son and an angel in heaven, enjoys watching football, basketball, and lounging around watching comedies.
Hector has entered a second career as a Realtor with Villa Rio Estates Realty and is prepared to provide excellent service by guiding his clients through the buying and selling experience. He looks forward to making lasting memories for his clients as well as earning their lifetime friendship!
